You'll learn foundational best practices, key safety considerations, and practical strategies for overcoming common jobsite challenges, along with clear, step-by-step installation procedures to support efficient, secure, and accurate installs. It's ideal for new installers and experienced technicians looking to refresh, standardize, and strengthen their approach. Course Fee: $450 |

High Performance Rolling Steel Installation Course: This 2-day course gets hands-on with our High Performance line of products. Learn what sets our 400HP High Performance Slat Doors and 800HP High Performance Grill Doors apart from standard service doors. Learn how to install these products for high-cycle, fast-moving environments. You’ll also review safety features like photo eyes and light curtains, plus best practices to support reliable performance and longer service life. Ideal for technicians who want to confidently specify and support high-performance rolling steel door installation. Course Fee: $450 |

Fire Door Installation Course: This 2-day course covers introductory installation practices focused exclusively on fire-rated door installation. Participants will learn proven installation techniques, essential safety considerations, and step-by-step procedures for setting, aligning, and securing fire doors for reliable operation. You'll also review common jobsite challenges and practical troubleshooting methods to help ensure each installation supports proper function and code-intent performance. This course is installation-focused only and does not include certification or drop-test training. Course Fee: $450 |

IDEA Fire Door Drop Test Certification: This 2-day course covers introductory installation practices and prepares you for Fire Door Drop Test Certification. You'll receive hands-on training on how to correctly perform drop tests on fire-rated doors, understand testing requirements, meet applicable compliance standards, and troubleshoot common issues. By the end of the course, you'll be equipped to verify that fire doors operate safely and meet regulatory expectations. Course Fee: *$900 *This class also provides the points required to satisfy the IDEA requirements for certification. When combined with successfully passing the IDEA exam, participants will receive full certification. |
